Bad post sale service Spec Saver
Horrible Post Service service. Their frame is peeling/rusting and causing me headaches. My medical aid does not want to pay again as i need to wait 2years before renewing my frame. This frame is 6months old. So should i bare headaches until next year April??????????? I already have bad eyes. This experience is just making things worse for me!!!. I went to enquire and they refuse to replace or repair this frame. Its a defective frame!!! Spec Saver JHB. I will not refer ANYONE to spec saver!!
