Bad, poor, unpleasant, appalling service

The service or lack there of I received at spec saver Maponya was disgusting and very appalling. I went twice and got no help. 1st day I was told it was already after 4pm them I went 2 days later and was told the optometrist is at the Dr even though I called before and was told to come she will be back by then. When I got there she was a no show. I wait for more than an hour, went to do some shopping and she was still not back by then. Not only did I waste petrol I wasted time that I'll never regain. I was with my 83 yr old granny who was also coming for an eye test. Those people at that branch are unprofessional and very inconsiderate. They claim to have 2 optometrists but on both occasions it was one and on the 2nd day there was none. I ended up going to another branch where I received stellar service. I will be telling everyone I know not to go to Spec saver Maponya mall. They're service is really disgusting.
