Bad customer service

I had a bad experience at Middelburg mall spec -savers where I purchased police spectacle and Carolina Herrera sunglasses, where I was given my purchased things without their cases the spectacles with spesavers case which doesn't fit my spectacles upon the exchange of cases the lady helping gave attitude, I even didn't get the case for my sunglasses. I'm not happy i need the case because my sunglasses will end up breaking
