Bad customer service at Specsavers Soshanguve

Spec savers has a tendency to over promise and then under deliver. I visited specsavers Soshanguve in 2021 to renew my spectacles. After doing eye test I was given spectacles and before seven days I started to struggle with my eyes. The problem persisted until I went back to report the matter and the Optician Tshego just sprayed them and told me my eyes will adjust. But my sight got worse and worse until I visited the Optamologist at Butshilu hospital who suggested that I should change my glasses. I then went to Torga opticals in Wonderpark where they did a thorough examination on my eyes and they told me I was prescribed wrong glasses. By the way my nedical aid was still paying for spec savers glasses so I paid cash about R4500 to do new glasses with Torga. I went to collect my glasses at torga and worn them immediately, I never struggled, my vision w9a very clear until today I have no issues. I even have another pair which is tinted and it is also perfect. Then I saw an offer for children classes and then I scheduled an appointment for my son. I was sceptical but I chose Soshanguve because it is closer to home. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a rude receptionist who even forced us to reschedule. On the new given date I went and people were given preference to enter first while I arrived there first. Then it was our turn to see Tshego the optician, she was very rude to us I even recalled how she treated me back in 2021. She told us that my son does not need glasses and if feel that he does I can pay that myself and Specsavers will not give him glasses. Kindly train your people interms of client services especially in black communites because your opticians continues to treat us vey bad, worsed case is to be given a wrong prescription glasses I almost went blind. That is totally wrong.
