Bad customer service
Spec savers Ballito I am really disappointed with the service. They offer free eye test for kids up till the age of 12 but they only see 1 child a day and not over weekends and ONLY the times they give you. My vhild is in GR 1 and can't go in the mornings. They can only help in the mornings not after school. This is terrible service. I worked for a spec sacers for 4 years and never did we treat customers like that. I don't even support them any more because of the bad service. The manager is the worse. Really sad
