BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I booked an eye test at campus square branch for 12:30, today i arrive there at 12:20 and the receptionist tells me very rudely "OH THE 12PM LADY WAS LATE FOR HER APPOINTMENT SO YOU NEED TO WAIT OR YOU CAN LEAVE"
IM VERY UPSET AS I BOOKED FOR A CERTAIN REASON ITS DURING MY LUNCH HOUR AND THEN INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING AND RESCHEDULING YOUR RUDE RECEPTIONIST GIVES ME ATTITUDE.
