BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>I booked for my daughters appointment for 12h00 at your branch in Pinetown Sanlam Centre, I arrived early and Kavitha told me to go and come back. I went out with my daughter to the centre and we got delayed and they called me for her appointment as there aws someone also waiting to see the Optomistrist, I said to the lady who called its fine thay can take in the person after us I dont mind as Iwas still looking for the parking. 2 minutes later she called again to say I must rush the other person left, when we got there it was 12h15 and I was told as far as the doo that the Opt. will not be able to see us we are very late.</p> <p>I have been a customer for Spec Savers for many years in your branch - Game City, I ahave never experienced such a terrible arogant customer service. I guess if it was me they would have allowed me to see the Opt. but because it was my little gal whom they were going to get nothing from my medical Aid they chased us out like dogs.</p> <p>I regreted going to this branch should I have made an appointment with your Game City Store where there are professional people and very conciderate I would not be feeling the way I feel right now about Spec Savers.</p> <p> </p> <p>This gal Kavitha does not know what customer service is, she is very rude and not friendly at all. from where I stand I will never recommend anyone to go to this branch as people there are so pathetic.</p>
