Bad cliente servivr

My daughter and i went to spec savers Secunda mall today7 June 11hoo for my daughters appointments.She then spoke to a white lady in front who was not at all friendly or in any way help full. After my daughter gave the details of her medical aid we sat down and wait , just so that this lady from a distance told my daughter sorry you dont have benifits , we found it strange as my daughter saw ab optometris 2 years ago.

So she did not greet Not friendly at all Speak to the cliente from a distance so that ever one can hear no benifits.

She should go for trainging as to how to speak to clients i sure as hell wont go back there again
