Bad attitude and Service from Specsavers in Gezina Pretoria.

I never before received such bad service from a Optometrist till today. The people at this branch are very unprofessional, from the lady at the reception, till the store ''manager'' They have a bad attitude and treat customers as if they don't need the business. I don't know how they can still be in business if they treat customers so badly!!! For an eye test that takes only 2 minutes they tell you to wait 30 minutes even after the customer before me said that i can go ahead before her since it will be only about 2 minutes for my eye test and her eye test will took 30 minutes.( Nice Gesture from a fellow citizen) But they still refuse to help me and told me to wait 30 minutes or came back later and sadly, i can't even make an appointment for my 2 minute eye test!!! If this is the type of service a customer can expect from a franchise off ''Specsavers'', i will rather advise people to go to a private Optometrist. At least they will welcome your business and treat you with dignity. In my opinion a business should look after its customers and not chase them away.
