Awesome service in a time of need

My car was ****** on Saturday and inside were my glasses, among a lot of other valuables. Of course, I was devastated and really upset - especially as I cannot see to do my work on my PC or drive without them. I phoned and spoke to Nomsa on Monday and explained my situation to her. She looked up my prescription from last year and the frames I had, sent me photos on whatsapp as the frames she had in stock were just a different colour, and they were perfect. She phoned me and let me know they would be 5-7 days to make up new ones but that she would let them know this was an emergency. Three days later, she phoned me to let me know that my new glasses were ready. Nomsa has really gone the extra mile to make this horrific week a little more bearable for more, helping out where she could and I really want to thank her and make you aware that you have a really wonderful employee.
