However both Yolandie and Danielle's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations.</p> <p>Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. I am really disappointed with Specsavers, although their service was awesome, their product is not, i paid a big price for my spectacles and it broke several times, the lenses kept on popping out of the frame resulting in broken lenses, I ended up going back to my old optometrist for a new pair of spectacles. I would not go back to Specsavers ever again. This happened before and I thought I will give it one more chance, I was wrong!
