My wife and I are impressed to no end with the wonderful customer service received from Teresa at Specsavers, Tygervalley. This lady took us (pensioners) under her wing and went out of her way to make sure that we got the best possible value for our money. Every time we thought we had finally chosen the best products for our personal applications, she would go out of her way to search further still and find something even more suitable. Despite the branch being extremely busy with her phone ringing endlessly, she answered her calls and attended to continuous distractions, yet remained fully focussed and committed to our needs. Wow, what a talented woman...Specsavers ought to know that they have superstar in the house.
