Went into your Cornubia branch, where I purchased a pair of Levi tested spectacles in December 2018, to tighten the arms of my glasses. The left arm was very loose. I walked in, the staff recognised me and were ever ready to assist me. However after trying to tighten the arms they realised that something was actually wrong with the whole frame as they could not get the arms tightened and said they would have to source a new frame for me. I went into the branch on Friday 14 June 2019 and on Wednesday 19 June I was called to come in and collect the new frame. Such an awesome experience from the staff and company. Keep it up.
