Awesome Employee at Spec-Savers - Surprise, always a pleasure to deal with.

I have always had such awesome service from Surprise at Spec Savers Cresta in the downstairs shop.

This weekend we went there to replace my brother's scratched glasses which I happened to insure and forgot about. Surprise reminded us about the insurance and helped us to get a new pair of glasses with minimal pay in. We ended up only paying in R500 for a brand new pair for my brother.

I just want to write a good review here because she really is one of the nicest people I have met and over the past 2 years that I have been going there for glasses and contact lenses she has always been friendly and helpful.

When it comes to the services industry you just can't beat having someone like this who consistently has a great attitude any day of the week, and time of day. She is the reason I keep going back and do not feel intimidated about ordering glasses or contacts. Going there is effortless because I know she wants to help me.
