Why you should take your optometry requirements to another optometry store and not this store. After 10 days of Spec-Savers Melkbosstrand been in possession of my two sets of multifocal lenses for a simple exchange of lenses into the same frame ( 2 - 3 day turnaround), between their lab and on duty optometrist, they have reported breaking one lens and incorrectly cutting / shaping the other. Options offered to resolve this are at their own pace and in their own financial interest and not the customers. Optometrist fails to return calls handed to her by the store receptionist. Typically the kind of service you want to avoid after been a loyal customer for many years, let alone having no spectacles for longer distance vision and driving.
