Spec-Savers' contactlensclub.co.za must be the worst online retailer in South Africa. Not one of my orders have been without problems. With my latest order it was up to me to follow up on the status, only to be informed that one product is out of stock and the lenses (for both my husband and I) will only be delivered next week, i.e. more than two weeks after the order was placed. Having to wear a mask all day this is a real inconvenience with glasses fogging up. This was definitely my last order from your club. Also, no use asking a consultant to escalate a matter, they simply ignore you.
