Atrocious service from Westgate Mitchell's Plain

I visited Westgate Spec-Savers in Mitchell's Plain, 1stly the inconvenience that I had to be okay about for numerous visits.

The worst part is false marketing, I was given frames that were on display I mean as a Marketing guru displays are for Marketing or Advertising purposes but the Spec-Savers rep kept on insisting till I said I'm canceling the offer. Then he first said the frame is been discontinued I won't get it anywhere I can choose any frame and I informed him that I am fine with the one I chose, I said if the frame is no longer on market I'm willing to cancel the deal and he said he's gonna probe around, which I was willing to wait for the supplier or other stores to confirm the availability of the frame.

Fast forward he called last week I reckon after 3 days of my visit confirming that the brand new frame is been delivered and I informed him I won't be able to come last week I pop in this week. Then today I visited the branch only to find out that its a demo/dummy (was also taken from the display) the lady that assisted disputed that it's an old frame until I showed her.

I mean if Spec-Savers is selling second hands why are they charging such amount?

Whatever financial exchange I do I always rate the value, so in this scenario I've been fooled with Spec-Savers employees by wasting my energy and the fuel for visiting their store for numerous times just to be told lies.

The a lady called Michelle called this afternoon using Westgate telephone number as per Truecaller but she claimed to be calling from the head office to attend to the matter.

The gentleman I dealt with is Osman, he took over after so many inconvinces I had with Westgate I just want to be reimbursed my funds and look around. I've been so lenient to Spec-Savers to be disrespected like this.

I'm not gonna play a race card here, it's an atrocious services from Westgate Spec-Savers that are ruining the brand image of the company by being unfaithful. I couldn't continue with my daughter's glasses after so many issues that were made in store 🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮
