Amazing service at Spec-Savers Bank City, Johannesburg!
I visited the branch on the 26th of August 2026 for an eye test. Their customer service was excellent and amazing, and the staff were so kind and welcoming.
A special thanks to the Optometrist who was so professional and thorough. She tested my eyes properly and managed to find the exact specs suitable for me.
On the 1st of September they called me to say my specs were ready, and I collected them today (3rd of September). My eye problem is now resolved and I can see things so clearly. I am so happy and grateful!
I highly recommend Spec-Savers Bank City Joburg!
