Appointments

This morning I visited spec savers to renew contact lenses in Boksburg parklands , the lady said I need an appointment but there was literally no one there waiting , I asked her why do I need an appointment whereas there is no one here now , so which means u can see me she plainly refused said I need to book , I have never had such an experience and never have I booked an appointment a customer for so long .... Because of this you just lost a client never again. SMH
