Appointment schedule delays!!!!
Very disappointed in Spec Savers Tygervalley. I made my appointment a week in advance received a confirmation sms to arrive 10 minutes before the appointment arrived at 8.40 am store opens at 9am!!! Complete waste of time once we got into the store another person was assisted before us, yet we has an appointment. Time is money people have some respect and honor the appointment times you have scheduled or clearly state 1st come 1st serve even though we were 1st and you assisted another person before us.
