appointment made but not booked by receptionist

I have made a booking a week ago for today the 22nd of feb, I was told by the receptionist/booking clerk that this day was available. The time for 9h30 was availabl, this booking was made for my daughter. Medical aid details, personal details were all taken as welll as my cellphone number. When I showe up there on the day I wa told by this same lady that she had not booked me for today but by mistake booked me for 22nd March! How idiotic is that???!!! I had to cancel all my plans for today because of this appointment! She could not see nor explain to me what had gone wrong. I'm sure she gave my space to someone else. Nor could she squeeze me in cause it was fully booked. I was really frustrated. The service was bad. I wasn't impressed as she didn't even try making an alternative plan for me as she was at fault. I would never recommend specsavers to anyone. Service sucks!!! They don't care about their clients at all!
