Appalling service from the Boulders branch!

Do not go to this branch - they are very quick to take your money but that is the last you will hear from them. When I went to the store to order new contact lenses (as my previous supplier closed down), I told them I need to get a pair in a week's time and to treat it as urgent. I heard nothing from them for a week and after having phoned several times I was told they lost the one lens and can't find it!! Absolutely pathetic attitude from everyone in that place as there was no effort made to rectify the situation, or to even just let me know what was going on. Even after I demanded my eye test so I can go somewhere else to order lenses, they refused to send it only after much complaining and threats did I finally get the test. I got an eye infection from having to wear the same lenses way past their expiry date. I won't recommend them to my worst enemy- worse customer service experience ever!!
