After Sales service lacking

My first experience making use of Spec-savers in particular the Centurion Upper branch has left much to be desired. To begin with the "Patient agreement" document had to be emailed to me, this after I had left the branch because someone forgot to have me sign while I was in-store this was on 04 July. I wondered whether that might be a sign of things to come. Once that had been sorted I was the one who had to follow-up. On the 17 July I emailed for an update and I was told the spectacles were there. Well I hastened with relief to collect my new pair of spectacles because I had been battling with my sight. Sadly I had to go back on 24 July because the realized the Anti-reflection coating had not been added. I am still waiting for courtesy call or an email to let me know what is happening but not a word from Spec-savers Centurion Upper. The whole experience has been off putting so this likely to be the first and last time I make use of Spec-savers services.
