Account paid up but not updated for 2months

I have been in specsavers debt for more than 3years as I lost my job I couldn't pay my debt .this year I got a job and paid it up but I fail to understand why they don't update on my credit bereau.i owed a couple of company and paid them up but they updated my account within a month

I have to beg them ,I have called them ,sent emails and told me they will update until now it's not updated
