A night mare experience

My son had a test with your store in Woodburn spec Savers,

They had done a test and was asked to pick a frame.

Once picked the frame we had asked them to please add on the arc coating, when they had advised it will be a cost to us as the it was done as a kids right to sight, we then asked if it was possible to pay half upfront and the rest when we fetch the glasses.

They refused and said everything had to be paid upfront before the glasses were ordered.

We had walked out the store as we were not happy with thier service and went into another store.

The 2nd store helped us and then advertised that we would have to get the script from Woodburn.

Which we then called and asked for it. The manager had answered and advised that the optometrist refused to send us the script and he isn't willing to help us.

We were also advised to email the optometrist as this was a kids right to sight.

We then had called into head office and was advised they will have to get ahold of the store..

From my understanding this information that he holding is against the Hpcsa code.

Further more when we wanted to speak to him he refused to take our calls.

When we even asked if we can come back to the store we were refused again and was told that we cant come in.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life.
