A Month For Glasses??

I went into your Maritzburg Arch branch on 31 December, 2014, for an eye test. At the same time, I selected my frames and was told to make an appointment for 9/01/15 as my glasses would be ready then.<br> I arrived on the 9th to be told that because my lenses were being thinned, they would take another week or so. Two weeks later, my glasses were, still, not ready.<br> It's now been a month. Two opticians I've spoken to have called the situation laughable. My colleague, whose eyes are worse than mine, had her glasses in 1.5 weeks from one of your opponents. I'm going away for a week this Sat, 31 Jan, and still no sign of my glasses! My account is already being debited for payment. Do I need to start contacting ombudsmen and kicking up a fuss before someone takes this seriously??
