3 Weeks and still no Glasses

I was in the process of moving to cape town when 2 days before the move i lost my specs.<br> I asked Specsavers Olivedale if i could do the necessary eye tests and order to have them delivered to Spec Savers Tygervalley branch in capetown. I was assured that this would not be a problem and that glasses would take 5-7 working days to be made.<br> Numerous telephone calls to Mark have achieved nothing but one story after another its now three weeks later and still being given the run around.<br> Quick to take ones money but not so quick to give the service required.<br>
