2nd time lucky with Specsavers

This will be the 2nd time I am having issues with specsavers. On January 6 I went to the Spesavers in Canal Walk. They were quick to claim from my medical aid but 3 weeks later, I still dont have my specs. I called them last week on Monday and I was told they will call the next day but a week later no call yet. This will be the last time that I use them.
