Terrible service and not bother to follow up

First one of the owner told me they will complete my labels by Friday, and when I arrived on Friday at 3:38pm, they tell me they going to close early, while my labels are not completed.

So they offer to deliver to me on Monday. which again they did not, and don't even bother to notify me.

Only on Wednesday, they finally come back to me say I can pickup, or they can deliver with R150 deliver fee.

All they did was saying it was a miscommunication and nothing else.
