Poor service and zero attention to the clients needs.

Friendly service - face to face and on the phone but absolutely clueless when it comes their own industry - no knowledge or materials, paper, print, industry jargon and very VERY slack attention to detail.

Spoke to two people there, after the first one took two weeks to get me quotes and every single one was wrong, the next person promised to get it right and literally paid no attention AT ALL!!!

One visit to their offices where they took measurements and still got them wrong, two phone calls, 6 or 8 emails and 6 quotes wrong, others left out altogether. lol

Really quite shocking. The guys there seriously need to wake up.
