Bad experience with Spear Labels

I am extremely disappointed with Spear Labels. I ordered custom stickers from them, and the final print came out in completely the wrong shade. When I raised this issue, I ended up dealing directly with the owner, Rob Spear.Unfortunately, Rob flatly refused to redo the stickers or offer any form of refund. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with a business owner who takes your money but refuses to take responsibility for poor color matching or customer satisfaction. Their lack of accountability makes them impossible to work with. Save your time and money, and take your business to a professional print shop that actually cares about quality and values its customers.
