Incompetence has a new name

Incompetence has a new name: Welcome (not) to Speaker Repairs SA at 399 Burlington Arcade in Wynberg, Cape Town. I took my old record player to be repaired, got charged a fortune and had to return 3 times as they could not get the basics right (they did in the end repair what was needed). Half the time they did not respond to messages, there is apparently no one in charge, the owner is some sort of secret, and the reception staff are beyond clueless. Bizarre. And even paying them was a mission as their machine did not work and I got harassed to do an EFT before a certain time. If you have a classic record player or something of sentimental value, do not entrust them with it. Their hearts are not in it.
