Manager with a attitude

The manager Chandre, has a huge attitude problem. We were treated with disrespect for using foul language in a private conversation. When telling her that her approach is not ideal her attitude continued. Later the evening when i went outside i was not allowed inside again. Yes i did swear at her when this happened!!! A few months later i go there again when the manager walks up to me, and says im still banned and she wont serve me. I posted a complaint on Speakeasy durbanvills page on facebook, but got the same attitude from the same manager on the facebook page. I saw other posts where she is also very unproffesional and inpropriate towards public comments. Taking on customers publicly.
