The worst service ever
The make is small...struggled to get hold of staff to assist with a exchange/ return...took 2 weeks then another 3 weeks to get my jacket returned, no that I finally got someone to assist I'm told that my refund will take 30 days...meaning over 2 months for 1 transaction...the staff is rude and ***********...the team leader Mapula did not want to speak to me after I escalated the matter, I spoke to sibusiso telephonically, vuyokazi telephonically and Noxolo Mcina on email and WhatsApp, they take client service as a joke and keep saying they have escalated the matter...please do urself a favor and spend your money somewhere else.
