Bad customer care and no refund policy

I ordered Spasmalir last November a product that costs R649 on special half price. It is marketed ny Leadzone Proman all over the country call centres. It did nothing for me so I tried to contact them via whatsapp nr that does not exist cusyomer service does not answer. There is no way to contact them emails info@ spasmalir does not get delivered and you have to die before your partner can get a refund! I have never come across such ridiculous policies. But hey if you want to order they phone you within minutes from Promed or Leadzone. I will never recommend the product to any ofmy patients
