Get rid of Spasa

<p>You constantly have problems with your servers, one person will tell me its your server, another will tell me it is Standard Bank, but when you dial in your lines are off and when you go to the only filling station in Lephalale/Ellisras that sells pre-paid electricity their machine is also not working, then when I phone the standy by nr I get told it is the server that is down. When I phone the next day to complain about it I get told that I must come in that someone can look into the problem. Why are you then paid to do the work when I must take time from work to come to your offices where people are constantly on lunch and then there is just one person to assist when YOUR server is the problem!!!!!!!!</p> <p>I have been trying since 12H42 this morning to buy electricity with no joy, the stand by says to me that he reported the matter when he came on duty just after 6pm. What are your people doing there that they do not notice the server is down???? Maybe if you actually work for the time you are being paid this will not happen. This happens on a constant basis !! it is not just a once off.</p> <p>While I am on the subject. Why are you increasing the rate of the electricity constantly? I used to use R25.00 a day when not at home and R120 on a weekend day, this was two motnhs ago, Now I am already on anything from R100 to 180 a day on a day when I only get home after 19H00 daily! I do not cook at home, I have my washing done by a laubdromat and I shower daily and never runa bath as I only have showers in the house. Everytime I complain I get told that I must pay close to R400 for a meter test then they do not find fult with the meter but my daily usage is much less all of a sudden and it gradually creeps back to astronomical amounts!!! What is your problem?? you are just there to see how much dishonest profit you can make!!! It is time that you get some competition - I believe it will quickly solve the problem of your capitalistic, dishonest, non-functional mindset.</p>
