Pathetic service

I called 3 times to Get pricing on service parts for my parents car. every time I call i get the same problem. the phone rings for minutes on end and when someone finally answers they ask me what I need I tell them and they say they will call me back but nothing happens. then when I finally get a hold of the owner before enquiring I offer my companies services and he puts the phone down in my ear. now there is a lot of things I can handel but when people are that rude and spineless they deserve to be treated the same way they treat others.<br> <br> I have been buying spares from this company for years now and after this I am planning to shop elswhere. the sad part is if that guy had the decency to hold the line and hear me out and say no to my services I would of probably bought R1500 to R2000 worth it of products from him
