Bad service

I went to Tops at Spar Derricks Bethlehem to buy Bernini mimosa and I found it on the shelve then took, queued to pay only to find that it was not scanned so those two cashiers couldn’t sell it to me but they couldn’t say that to it was like I didn’t exist to them after queuing for so long.
