Paying for NOTHING!!

I was ******* in to a contract with Spartan not knowing its for 2 years.

Three or months into the "contract" came into financial problems and told them sorry I will not be back from the next month. unfortunately I did not do it in writing.

Sometime after this we received a call from Van Velden-Duffey and was told my account was handed over. I tried to explain to them this can't be I paid till the last day we were there, but they said I have to pay the full 24 months fees plus. Spartan did not even try to call or let me know that this is the case.

If they provided a service or supp**** products I would understand, but now I MUST pay them no matter how bad my financials are for NOTHING I can't even use the Gym for this time, my contract is not over yet. They force you to use their gym.

If I knew all this and actually saw the contract I would have never signed up. They saw an opportunity and grabbed it.
