Sparrow stationers has lazy employees

Dorothy the ***** from Sparrow stationers is ignoring all my calls and refused to deliver my sons books. she claims to deliver and when i check with the school; nothing. this is shocking and i will make it known as to how they treat customers. The worst part is that despite the no delivery , the ignore my requests for refund. the office number rings non stop. i just want my money back because i dont even trust them to deliver all the items anymore my son is waiting for 2 months
