Electrical COC and Maintenance on GoSolr Installation
My wife and I have a Solar Electrical Installation by a company called GoSolr - initially, several years ago this installation was done by GoSolr and it's partner electrical company Sparky. It was a good installation at the time and there were a few electrical items in the house that were disabled when the mains power was at it's thresh-hold (e.g. Electrical Oven, Water Geyser Elements, etc). All was good until we noticed that one of our air-conditioning units required some electrical work to be done to make it conform to GoSolr requirements - we paid the Sparky invoice in December last year and nothing ever happened - don't know if it was communication between GoSolr and Sparky or whatever else it could have been. Since we have now sold our house we needed to get the work done and I eventually got hold of a very polite and patient lady named Tali (as you can imagine I was impatient and somewhat abusive as we were under some pressure and I am also Scottish to boot). Tali was unbelievable at getting the situation resolved quickly and decisively - to be honest she is brilliant. We are now in need of a complete Electrical COC for the Solar Installation to get our house transferred; I spoke with Tali on Friday last week and she has organised that it be done today (monday, 13 October 2025) - Tali is just great and I would employ her in a heartbeat. With heartfelt thanks Tali.
