For a covid rapid test i had to wait an hour althought there were only 2 people in front of me

For a covid rapid test i had to wait an hour althought there were only 2 people in front of me. The nurse had to leave other patients to see to us after a lady in the line for d rapid test waited 2 hours and made a noise. Pathetic. Increase nursing staff
