worst service ever from a professional organizatio

I purchased medication on the 9.06.2015 from chatsworth sparkport pharmacy. They didnt have all 30 capsules i needed so i paid for all 30 and only got 20 and they advised i will get a call when they have stock. Till date i have nt received a call, i followed atleast 15 times since the 9th and they still hav not got the meds. My issue got worse when i called today n was quite irate and took off with them. That was the worst thing i did because the front desk manager was very rude to me. She had no customer service in her. I was rude as well but i explained im irate and understand where i am comin from but she refused to listen. I eventually spoke to the pharmacist neil moodley and he was worse than her. He didnt even apologise for the lack of service but rather defended his staff. I told him he doest deserve the title as a pharmacist because he doesnt even apologise. He then turns around and tell me i am rude. D damn nerve from someone with a title that gones to his head. I said because we deal wid indians u get service like this, he looks up my address as says u none the better as u r indian aa well. I will never shop there again n suggest nobody goes there as
