Worst Customer Service in Chatsworth !!

<p>i have been purchasing the Snail care Gel from a care pharmacy in chatsworth and it always comes with an additional free cleanser for R135 . My pharmacy did not have stock so i called sparkport on 09/01/17 at 15:03pm and the lady who answered said yes she has stock , i asked about the free cleanser and she said yes it comes with the free cleanser. i went to store around 17;00 that afternoon and the RUDE " supervisor" did not want to give me a free face wash , she insisted that i did not call the store and all the staff agreed with her saying they did not take any calls regarding SNAIL GEL ! She then tells me its R150 just for the Gel when the advert in the rising sun clearly states R135 with free cleanser . The supervisor then rolls her eyes at me and goes to the teller asking her if she took my call . Extremely dissapointed with management at this pharmacy !!</p>
