Went to 1 of the biggest branch corner of smith and broad,got attended by the lady (bonnie) she was very rude,had no flippen,idea about customer service.i was with my wife to get some medication with my discovery card.i asked her nicely to check whether there will be enough funds on my card to purchases.she rep**** \we don't do that"you need to get medication first then will check for you.in a very rude manner I just walked out.at the counter 1muslim guy take down my number still no one has contacted me from """
