Pharmacy with no meds - disappointing and just sad

I usuAlly stop by this pharmacy due to its extended hours however it's pointless being open till 22h00 at night when you don't have medication that customers may need. I went into the pharmacy on Monday around 17h 30 or maybe just after and needed some meds. This is the 3rd time that I was told we are out of stock and we need to order.which means a double trip yet again to this place which has insufficient parking and pharmacy assistants who stare blankly at u and offer no apology or reasoning as to why nobody took the time to replenish stocks. It's frustrating as a customer to go to a service provider expecting to walk out with your product but u walk out empty handed, annoyed and just tired of the poor service this place has to offer. i was told that they had stock which ran out however with proper planning in place and an analysis of customer needs on specific products this place should always be adequately stocked. I will Never go back there and so will my family and friends.
