No clarity on pricing!

<p>I bought goods from Hillcrest's branch and ran it through my medical aid savings account. They charged me much more than the price listed on the shelf. I queried it and was told "the shelf price is different to medical aid price". I queried it with Discovery Health and they are unaware of this. I emailed Sparkport Pharmacy 2 weeks ago (via the website) and have had no reply. Can anyone explain the logic behind us having to pay more for an item just because its going through medical aid? I will not shop at Sparkport again if this is the situation.</p>
