department of health vaccine certificate is invalid as per sparksport overport

hi I took my wife to the pharmacy for the jonson booster vaccine we were turned away bcoz we didn't have the vaccine card. I explained to the receptionist that i/we wasn't given a vaccine card the only thing they gave us was a photo copied paper ok it was stamped but I must have miss placed those pieces of paper but what we do have is the sms & the version 2 of the vaccine certificate. she takes the ID & checked details on system and it is captured so what is the problem. I was told the sms & vaccine certificate is not valid & not a proof of vaccine so why did the department of health send us an sms & asked us to download the certificate if it is invalid or not proof of vaccine I phoned the department of health call center & enquired why do we have sms & certificate that is useless and not proof of vaccine the guy said the pharmacy should use that as it is a valid document you how may people are hesitant about vaccine but now we are being turned away bcoz we have a document which is of no use & sms thats just for show I have 2 friends living in Chatsworth & Phoenix had a booster shot but did so with just the sms & I even have a vaccine certificate but according to sparksport overport it's useless & invalid so my wife says just don't do it join everyone who is hesitant coz go to another site and have the same problem of sms & certificate invalid I had to wait until my son say I'm off certain day so I can take you'll as for me I'm only due after 21st Jan coz I had the Pfizer dose so now no card no vaccine I must tell don't download vaccine certificate coz it's invalid
