Medication not delivered

They say they have a delivery service but still have not delivered my medication. On calling they couldn't find my order and say the driver has left and delivery can only be done the next day. This is the second day and second time been told the driver has left. It is 11h30 and I only found out my order has been delayed again because I called to find out where it is. Lots of sorries but no assistance. What if this was my chronic medication I was waiting on? They deserve zero stars.
