No Sparkle at Sparkling Dry Cleaners, Benoni

I had a very disappointing experience at this dry cleaner. I took four professionally made curtains in for cleaning and they were completely ruined in the process. The owner was arrogant, refused to take any accountability, offered multiple excuses, and did not apologise. Instead, he insisted that we pay the full amount of R1600. He also made an uncalled-for remark about the fabric being “cheap material from China.”

Despite the damage, we were still made to pay in full. The entire experience was upsetting and unprofessional. I strongly advise others to take their curtains elsewhere.
